If the iMAX software failed to load because of "Missing File" or "Corrupted File System", then follow these instructions:

1. Download the latest iMAX USB Phone software from here.
2. Extract the file onto the root directory of the plugged in USB Phone (example: G:\)
3. When prompted to overwrite the existing files, click "OK"
4. Locate the imax.exe on the iMAX USB Phone drive and double click it.
